We are so delighted with our new hot tub that we thought we would tell you and send some pictures.
We live in a small 2 up 2 down house not far from the centre of town, with a small garden. Earlier this year I had an unexpected small heart attack and it was after this that we decided to improve our lifestyle and home enjoyment with a hot tub, with the ok from the consultant we started our search.
After wet testing 3 other companies’ tubs we were on our way to try a fourth near Cadbury Garden Centre and knowing that a company was in the garden centre selling tubs we decided to go in there first. After looking around the products you have in your range we talked at length to Justyn Rowley at the desk, he took a long time in explaining the different tubs in great detail. He couldn’t have been more helpful and answered our many questions on how to look after them and running costs etc. The upshot being we wet tested two hot tubs there and then.
The following Saturday the Jetsetter arrived. The installation team were very polite , friendly and on time, they went out of there way to explain the running of the hot tub and its best positioning, explaining everything in detail.
Since then we have used the Jetsetter at least everyday sometimes twice a day, and consider it one of our best purchases. It does all that is said about hot tubs (soothing, relaxing etc) but just as importantly it takes us away from the television and gives us time together without distractions.
So 5 weeks later, well done HotSpring, for a pleasant experience in purchasing, delivery and installation. We have also found the aftercare to be very good when dealing with a water problems. |
